ASKED QUESTIONS
You
must have at least ONE
acceptable form of
identification with you during your appointment. Please make
sure your ID matches the name
on your document. If you have questions about IDs, creditable witness(s) or special needs for a senior citizen, please call for a phone consultation. - Choose ONE proper form of ID from list:

Required Identification
- Each
person needs to have a
government-issued photo ID available during appointment. The ONLY acceptable forms of
identification must have the same name or longer than the name as it
appears on the document to be signed.
Acceptable
Form of
Identification
- Must be current or have been
issued within the past 5 years. Issued by a federal
or state government
containing the bearer’s picture, physical description and
signature. Photocopies are not acceptable, all ID's must be original.
Notarization
Musts - The document
signer(s) must personally appear face to face before the Notary at the
time of notarization (no
exceptions).
The
Notary
must positively identify each document signer by reliable
identification, or by 2
credible witnesses to
prevent forgery. All credible witnesses must have proper ID and take an oath.
The Notary
must review each
document for completeness (no blank spaces) as well as the type of
document & notarization performed for recording in the notaries journal. A notary does not need to know the content of your document.
The
Notary
must be an impartial and disinterested party to the transaction
&
in the performance of their duties.Where can we meet?:
As a mobile notary public we travel to you. We can meet at
your office, coffee shop or home. Which ever location is most
convenient for you. Can you meet me at LAX airport?: Yes, there will be a higher travel charge due to traffic & parking cost for the notary. Can you meet me at a Hospital?: Yes, Do you accept credit cards?: Yes
When is payment due?: Payment is due upon receipt.
